I am trying to install Visual C++ 2012 (x64) on Server 2012 but getting error. Error Code is 2203.

The error code 2203 often pops up when the user does not have sufficient permission to install this programs to the folder that contains the installation point or the temp folder %temp%, please make sure that you are logged in as administrator to install this program on the computer and check the following:
- Right click the Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable installer as administrator.
- Right click the %temp% folder and select Properties-Security, check the current user have full control
