I am developing a .Net application in the framework 3.5. I am a novice in the .Net Framework and C# environment. After building an application the IDE will generate an executable file which is also known as Programmable Executable.
My doubt is when we launch an application how does Operating System loads the application into the memory and what is the first thing Operating System do when we tried to launch any application and how does an Operating System know whether the application is supported by itself or not?
