One thing I was very excited about for TFS 2017 is the ability to move work items between projects in the same collection and the ability to change the type WI type.
Im pretty sure Im looking in the correct location but Im not seeing either of these options?
Do I need to enable/configure something to see these options?
Not sure if it matters but Im using the Agile template.

Thank you for posting here.
According to this page, Move work item is currently support only from the web portal for Team Services. The team said that "The feature is available for you on Team Services, and will be part of TFS 2015 Update 3 or later" in this page. So this feature is not available in TFS2017 now, you could comment and vote for the uservoice. As a workaround, you could export the work item to excel and import the work item back to other projects.
And the change type feature is also available in VSTS but not in TFS. As a workaround, you could click "Create copy of work item", then you could select the type of work item.
