问题描述：我们已在manage.dev.live.com注册了我们的应用程序，并且生成的clientId和clientSecret已用于生产部署。很抱歉，我们已经丢失了manage.dev.live.com帐户的emailId和密码。
 

a）我们可以通过哪种方式检索已注册申请的用户的emailId。

b）是否可以取消注册域名manage.dev.live.com，因为我们想在另一个帐户中重新创建它，如果案例a）不可能。  

请告诉我有哪些选项。

Problem Description: We have registered our application in manage.dev.live.com and the generated clientId and clientSecret that have been used for the production deployment. Unfortunately
 we have lost the emailId and password for the manage.dev.live.com account.
a ) Is there any way by which we can retrieve the emailId of the user with which the application has been registered.
b) Is it possible to de-register the domain from manage.dev.live.com as we would like to recreate it in another account if case a) is not possible.  

Please let me know what are the options available.
