I created a component in sketchflow and whenever I add it to a page, it has an orange exclamation point on it. What does this mean? I can't seem to click on it.

Hey Christian,
                      If you see this exclamation point on design surface (artboard) it probably indicates that you need to re-build the solution to see the actual instance of the control. This is the UserControl preivew feature (added in V3) in which Blend parses the XAML to create a preview for the changes in UC, when you re-build we then replace it with the actual UserControl instance.
