We've been launching our metro app from our desktop product. We're using this URL format

In a Win8.1 OS, if our app is already installed, launching this URI launched our app whereas in Win10 RS1, it just launches store irrespective of the app being installed. So, are there any specific changes to store between 8.1 and 10 OS versions that would cause this? Is this expected?

As the document Launch the Windows Store app, Your app can use the ms-windows-store: URI scheme to launch the Windows Store app to specific pages in the store.
