Have TFS2015 got the email notification function to do password initialization?

I am going to configure bunch of users for my team member to manage the TFS2015 access? 

Is it possible to send a email for each user via email to let the team member to set his/her password by himself/herself?

Thank you for posting here.

There is no such feature in TFS now. The user need to change his password in control panel manually if he want to set the password. About this issue, you could also submit the uservoice to the following link, TFS Product Team is listening to your voice there:
