I've created a web site but now need to ad a contact us page where users details are Emailed to my address but I just cant seem to get it to work I'm using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate  I have a template but I don't know what to do with the .php file

The contact form is nothing more than collecting the form fields info and send it via mail via an SMTP object. Its not clear what kind of help do you need is it for C# (Sending the mail), building the form. Note that php is not supported here on these forums.
