I keep on getting this message randomly when I right click the CodedUITestMethod and select 'Generate Code for Coded UI Test' > 'Use Coded UI Test Builder' >

I exited out of the VS 2015, closed all the tabs open on VS, closed from the Task Manager. However, when I follow the above process to open Coded UI Test Builder, I keep on getting the error message as above
Any solution on this or is this a bug in Coded UI? I cannot find Coded UI Test Builder open anywhere?

What coded UI test project do you use?
What is the version of your Visual Studio 2015?
I test your issue with Coded UI Test Project in Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3, it works normal.
As far as I know, it is not support running multiple coded UI test on same active desktop. Please make sure the Coded UI Test builder is closed, when you try to open it follow process "right click the CodedUITestMethod and select ‘Generate Code for Coded UI Test’ ->’Use Coded UI Test Builder’".
If the issue persists, please repair your VS, test again.
