HI team Members, I have not used any of these scripts but I would like to ask that when the scripts are run by a user other than the system administrator wont the system ask for Domain password for Authentication.

Assuming it does not ask Domain password for Authentication, wouldn't it be detected by the IT department as an attack to the system.

Scripts can generally only do what the user account used to run them can do. They don't magically elevate permissions. If you would like a script to prompt for credentials you would need to build that into the script. A normal user running a script wouldn't necessarily be detected as an attack, they would just receive an access denied when trying to perform any actions they do not have permission to perform.
