You are going to have to do what the rest of us have done. You will have to cough up money for a digital code-signing certificate and then sign your manifests with the certificate. Not a self-signed, an real one, that ties your company name to a root-certification authority. Then that dialog becomes friendlier.... We don't really like it, but that's the practical answer...
