如您所知，有关于删除工作项的规则定义如下;

As you know, there is a rule definition regarding deleting work items as follows; 

Delete work items in this project : "Allow","Inherit","Deny".

This option can be set at the group level of project definition. But I need a constraint like the following;

假设用户A和用户B在同一组项目中被授权。



如果用户A创建了工作项，如果他/她不是项目管理员或TFS管理员，则用户B不能删除该工作项。 

Lets say that User A and User B is authorized in the same group of project.

If a work item is created by User A, User B should not be able to delete the work item if he/she is not Project Administrator or TFS Administrator.

Does TFS provide any way to apply these kind of contraints ?

The user is a member of the Project Administrators group or have the Delete work items in this project set to Allow can delete work items. So you need to specify Deny for the Delete worm items in this project manually if you do not want the user to delete work items in the project. You could set deny for the whole group or one specified user in this group.

我建议您可以 创建一个新的TFS组，然后将不在Project Administrators中的所有用户添加到新组。之后，为整个新组的

And I suggest that you could  create a new TFS group, then add all users who are not in Project Administrators to the new group. After that, set Deny for the Delete work items in this project of the whole new group. Finally, add the new group to the old team group.

Then the users who are not in the Project Administrators(in the new group) will not be able to delete work items.
