Hello Tomas,

It all dependeds what you want to update in project files.

Microsoft has sample code for Project Server 2007 & SAP connector which can pull the data from SAP & update the same in PS 2007. I would say that there is NOt a direct way to do it but you will have to go for the customization. Create & Configure the SAP connector.
