I am creating a small app to allow users to manage their security groups (delegating permissions in active directory is not enough- there is more logic built in the app I am coding)

I am now trying to create a search (users or\and groups) and add interface that works the same as the search and add interface in active directory users and computers (picture at end of post)
in fact, other then hiding the advance button and scope options (which will be pre-set  by me), I would like the same exact interface and mechanism.
