enter image description here completed the SCSM2012 installation with Sharepoint 2010, also all Required installations completed with respect to SharePoint 2010 and updated all web config files we are able to see web parts also but not able to configure

how to configure web parts in SharePoint; when I open portal below is page looks like

please share anyone useful links to setup SCSM portal in SharePoint 2010 with workflows
