I'm having a problem deploying a web application that contain pdf files.

Somehow the pdf files in my application are not included in the web setup project so when I installed the .msi file on the server, I'm missing the pdf files.

but i think your problem may be that your pdf files are not embedded into the project.
Go into solution explorer, find the pdf, right click on it and press properties, there is an option called "Buid Option" Change it from "Content" to "Embedded Resource" and that should embed the PDF file into the installer Project.
