My folder tree is completely messed up. There are meanly three problems (see the link above for an image) :

1. 我向上移动了一个级别（根级别）的巨大文件夹以前的位置。

More strange : Everything seems to work well from the client side except if I make a git clone. Then I get the corrupted folder structure.
From VSTS, it's even odder. I can see the second and the third issues everywhere but the first one is a little bit "hidden". When I click on "Code" in the main menu, then on the git root folder, I can see duplicated and merged folders but I the moved folder is at its new location.
