Is it possible to increase the private build capacity via an Azure powershell script ?

I have tried via the Azure interface, but due to what seems like a bug I can't access it on the new Azure portal, so a powershell script seems like a good work around.

What exactly you are trying to do? Are you trying to add private build agent using PowerShell or increate capacity of private build agent?

I am not sure about increasing private build agent capacity but I think you can add using PowerShell.
