I  have just downloaded a trial of Expression Studio and I am impressed, looks like
Microsoft have done a great job - I do however have a couple of basic questions.

1. Could someone tell me how to set my page size using Expression?
I am wanting to set my page in Blend. Can I do this or do I need to do be using Ex. Design?

2. How do you print in Expression? I haven't found a print button on the trial version.

Any ideas would be appreciated

1. By page size do you mean the size of the artboard?  Or the actual dimensions of the control you are editing?

There are several ways you can set the size of the item you are editing, select the item, then in the properties panel there are a height and width property, or you can drag the artboard adorners to resize the item.

If I completely misunderstood your question, please clarify.

2. Since Blend is meant for creating interactivity, printing is limited.  If you are creating a SketchFlow prototype, you can export your prototype to a Word document, and that will provide screen captures, otherwise you could run your application, and use the built in snipping tool in windows to capture images for printing.
