I am in the process of moving a project over to VSO to manage, and I have MS Project open (as this is the preferred access for one of the PM's) and linked to the project in VSO. However, project isn't working as well as it normally does and I cannot figure out why.

For instance, we have a custom column where we have a color coded dot to show which item(s) are good (green color), close to being late (a yellow color), and late (a red color).

Then I have the column set up with graphical indicators based on values of 0 to 3. So, what I am not seeing is those items automatically updating when things are changed, and I cannot figure out why. Has anyone had this issue before? Can someone assist?? I can show people what I am seeing if they can meet with me.

When I move a task over to Completed, then refresh the items in Project, the % Complete column doesn’t refresh to be 100% like I believe it should. Any reason for this one as well??
