Hi,
The DatePicker control is not adapting to the geographical region.
The geographical region is set to SE (Sweden) but the datepicker control shows the date as month/day/year. 
It ought to be year-month-day.
In WP 8.0 it works ok but not in 8.1. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
