I am struggling to get the root cause of the my site creation issue in our prod environment.

当用户点击用户的菜单项"关于我"时，在UAT中创建MySite /个人网站。 （在欢迎菜单中）。 PROD& amp;中的神秘设置UAT完全相同，但是在产品中显示为"我的设置"的菜单项。如果用户点击

The MySite/personal site is created in UAT when user clicks on user's menu item "About Me" (In Welcome Menu). The mysite setup in PROD & UAT are exactly same but in prod the menu item displayed as "My Setting" and if user clicks on it, it does not create/redirect personal site rather it redirect to "/_layouts/15/userdisp.aspx".

Could you please let me know how can I get the same menu item(About Me) in prod?

I can see my central admin web application has menu as "About Me", other site collections have menu "My setting" under all other web applications in prod.

I am sure its a Farm-level Feature and it should be activated .. 
Please contact your farm admin to enable that..

You need to activate the Farm-level Feature: Social Tags and Note Board Ribbon Controls

Once that feature is enabled, the "About Me" will replace "My Settings" in the drop down under your Username.
