One of my app's daily ad requests to Microsoft Advertising goes down from 1.2 million to 0 ad requests/day after 11 November 2016! My other app's ad requests are normal only this app's ad unit affected.
I haven't change or updated my app since 20 October, so I have no idea why this happened. Moreover this is clearly not a reporting issue, because all of this ad unit's ad request gone to AdDuplex. So now I have a lot of AdDuplex ad request, because ad duplex configured as backup. Support not able to help me. request number: SRX1363193200ID

I have exactly the same problem (No request from Nov. 12th and no appupdate recently) and the support told me that there isn´t any inventory right now which isn´t correct as there should be at least requests. And other apps from me (It´s a game I´m talking about) which are pretty similar are still getting tons of impressions a day. So I´m out of options right now. If you are able to solve it with the support please tell me!
