     我遇到了一个可怕的问题   我无法将SDK10586安装到我的计算机上，但我的项目之一需要这个目标版本的Windows SDK 10.0.10586，
所以我必须安装这个版本10586.虽然我充分利用了我的努力并测试了各种方法可以在互联网上找到，但都失败了。当您安装SDK10586时，它将回滚到零。另一个陌生的问题是，当您安装SDK10586
时，它会要求您先安装framework4.5.3，但在互联网上找不到此版本的框架。

     I met a terrible matter that  I couldn't install the SDK10586 onto my computer, but one of my project item need this target version of Windows SDK 10.0.10586, so I must install this version 10586. Although I made the most of my efforts and tested all kinds of method can found on internet, but failed all. when you had installed the SDK10586, it would be rolling back to zero. Another stranger matter is  when you install the SDK10586, it would ask you install the framework4.5.3 first, but this version of framework  cannot be found on internet. 

    I met double difficulties:

    The first: I couldn't find out the framework4.5.3 on internet;

    The second:  I couldn't install  Windows SDK 10.0.10586 indeed.

    Who can  help me to get and install framework4.5.3 and install Windows SDK 10.0.10586? thank you very much!
