I am running visual studio's 2017 community edition and whenever i try to run my program I get the error,

For this case, I suggest you check these two things below.

1。安装vs 2017时检查是否安装了Windows SDK。

1. Check if you have installed Windows SDK when you install vs 2017.

2。检查你的属性 - > VC ++目录，如果在库目录中设置了WindowsSDK_LibraryPath。

2. Check your property->VC++ Directories, if there has set the WindowsSDK_LibraryPath in library directories.
