After I downloaded pages from my website, I tried to use 'Preview in browser' as I have always done, but instead of taking me to the files on my computer it opens my homepage on my Web Domain.
I have never used my Domain address on Expression and I cannot find it now to get rid of it.

Sounds like you have the remote web open and not the local web.

Set EW to "Not" open the last web site automatically when it starts:  Tools > Application options,
uncheck it on the General tab.

Close and reopen EW and then click File > open Site.
Both the local and remote sites should be listed, "provided" yopu created a local site to download the pages to.
