Can somebody please tell me in the most basic non-technical language how to publish my Expression Web site to Microsoft Office Live.  I have absolutely no idea what FTP, SFTP, FTPS or any of the other technical terms mean.  I am just looking for an understandable step by step procedure for uploadling a basic no frills website.  
I am running Vista and have published a previous site from Publisher but I cannot figure out how to perform the same steps in EW3.

There is no easy way to tell you how to do it if you by your own admission are not familiar with the most basic terms involved in the process.  It also depends on which version of EW you have as the process is a little different for 3 compared to 2.  I would suggest while waiting for other replies that you check out the learn tab at the top of this page.  But aagain it may not make any sense to you at this point. I would not suggest that you take a wing it approach as you could end up with files in wrong directories and such.
