Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

I search all the Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable download page, refer to : The latest supported Visual C++ downloads , the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017. which the latest one, is also shown as VC++ Redist v14.11.25325.0 version.

Then I checked my vs_installer (v15.5.1),  install following, such as Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable update:

Then I check all the VC++ Redist from Control Panel, the newest one is also v14.11.25325.0:

Could you please tell us how you know about the VC++ Redist v14.12.25810 ?

As far as I know, the newest version available is v14.11.25325.0.  If I miss something, please feel free to tell me, I will correct my and continue to help you troubleshoot.
