This is a very large and kind of vague request that you've made. For Design, it's just a matter of drawing out the Window with the buttons and how you want it to look, then exporting to XAML through the Edit > Copy XAML menu item. You can then paste into Expression Blend.





You might want to only do the dialog box in Design and copy the XAML to Blend and then add the text while using Blend as I've seen some weirdness happen with the Text to XAML conversion. For further questions about how to make this work in Blend, you might want to consult the Blend forum.
