I have installed and configured TFS2017 and try to setup build then i configured the build agent.

I keep getting the "No agent could be found with the following capabilities: msbuild, visualstudio, vstest" error,

Below are the software versions been used in my implementation.

Have you installed the Visual Studio on the build agent? If yes, then restart the build agent. Restarting the build agent, check the capabilities: Settings >> AgentPools >> Select the pool >> select the specific Agent >> Capabilities. If it not exists, please try to add User Capabilities manually:
设置>> AgentPools>>选择池>>选择特定代理>>功能>>在USER CAPABILITIES下添加功能

Settings >> AgentPools >> Select the pool >> select the specific Agent >> Capabilities >> Add capability under USER CAPABILITIES
Register capabilities to the machine following below steps, thus all the agents will automatically pick up the capabilities.

Control Panel >> System >> Advanced System Settings >> Environment Variables >> New System Variable >> Enter the variable name and value listed below >> OK >>

After doing so, restart the agents services will have each of them automatically pick up new capabilities.
