I have a VS2010 licence and the CD. Currently it is installed on 2 machines but I want to remove it from one and install it on another. Is it simply a matter of uninstalling from one and then installing on the other or do I need to do something more?

As far as I know, the VS 2010 license are per user, which means each licensed developer can install an unlimited number of VS 2010 on the different computers, but licensed users cannot share with unlicensed users.
