We have installed the latest cumulative patch KB4461455 from the below link to fix  "Microsoft SharePoint XSS spoofing vulnerability" 

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4461455/october-9-2018-cumulative-update-for-sharepoint-foundation-2013

As per the above link, the build version is 15.0.5075.1000, but after installing and even restarting the server the version still appears as 15.0.4571.1502. The prerequisite SP1 for this patch is already installed. 

When the request is made to our application url, the header "microsoftsharepointreamservices" shows 15.0.0.4569 version

Can anybody point to the resource on how to upgrade to this latest version?
