My hotmail account was closed by Microsoft because I spelled my password wrong twice in a row. Every one I know has this email. All my contacts on on this account and I have saved emails I would like to access and keep, like the ones from my father before he passed away.
There is no way to communicate with a person at Microsoft about this. The automated system is very unforgiving and there is no box in which to write comments. I have lost every email including links to other online accounts.

This is unfair and devastating. Is there anything that can be done? Is there any way to communicate with an actual person about this?
