Given  the good benefits that the visual studio dev essential has to offer.   We were planning on letting a bunch of dev people sign-up using the company's email. I was just wondering if there is way that we can somewhat centrally track or manage those dev's that has sign-up to visual studio dev essential.  Like an 0365 admin view?

Research around, I cannot find the management portal for the dev essential program, only other paid subscription in here. As my understanding, every developer can join the free Visual Studio Dev Essentials without associated any admin subscription account, that make us cannot to divide the users into separate groups to manage, which is different with the paid subscription.
