你的vs版本是什么？

对于这种情况，我建议您检查项目属性 - > General-> Platform Toolset以查看是否设置了正确的值。还要检查项目属性 - > VC ++目录 - >包含目录和库目录，设置从
父项目或项目默认设置继承并删除所有其他目录。

so i keep getting these 2 errors even in empty projects and i don't know how to fix it. because i need this program for school and i havent been able to do my 1st assignment due to this. does anyone know how to fix this? i've resinstalled it about 4 times already. It gives these errors on my desktop and BOTH my laptops.

What's your vs version?

For this case, I suggest you check your project properties->General->Platform Toolset to see if you have set the right value. Also check project properties->VC++ Directories->Include Directories and Library Directories, set Inherit from parent or project default and remove all other directories.
