I ran the Incremental crawl but the crawl is in progress for long time and is not getting completed. Also, I checked the crawl logs and items ae not getting crawled.

Please help.

Hi 

Is there any error message in ULS log files? looks like the incremental crawl job was hang. You may stop the current job and re-run a new one if possible.
