I am using Microsoft Expressions Web and have already built about 100 pages of my website.  I have a main nav bar that appears on ever page, sub 4 different nav bars that are grouped to about 25 pages each, and a currents event section that appears on about 50 different pages throughout the website.  I have run into problems with wanting to change items in the nav bars or when updating my current events, that I have to change it on each page it applies to.  Is there away to save a nave bar or text section such as my current events, as a file that can be inserted onto a page/pages, that when you edit the file, the changes are made on all pages the file has been inserted on, like how a jpeg works?  Please let me know what my options are.  Thank you.
