There are no updates to Self-Tracking Entities in CTP5.  Updating the Self-Tracking Entities templates to support DbContext is something that is on our radar, but they won't be updated before we make the first release of Code First/EF Productivity Improvements.  Note that the simplified change tracking API in DbContext (which we hope to blog more about soon) can make some N-Tier scenarios easier than with EF4 alone.  We are also looking into which other walkthroughs  will be helpful so we appreciate your feedback on this.
