You don't need to select the size of the ad unit - just ensure the ad control size is 320x50, and the ad unit size will be set automatically. If you are using the ad mediator control, uploading your package on the store, creates the ad unit automatically. If you are manually creating the ad unit from Dev Center, you anyways dont need to set the size, and it is picked up from ad control size automatically
