I have opened a WPF project in Expression Blend 3 that was created in Expression Blend 2.  This project was created using the Prism V2 pattern (MVVM).  This solution consists of several projects.  In the shell project, I can view the forms and controls in the designer.  Most of the other projects are "Module" projects.  These consist of controls that will be loaded into a region of the shell.  I cannot get any of the controls in any module project to show up in the designer.  When I try to open a control to work with it in the designer, the XAML is displayed and there are no option buttons that usually appear and allow you to select "Design", "XAML", or "Split".

Any ideas?  Thanks!
