I'm using OpenCV to do some image processing. I have to configure the property everytime when I start up my VS2015. That is annoy and time-consuming. I have built two .props files now. One for debug mode, and another for release mode. But everytime I have to import this two file respectively still. So I hope to configure the environment in this two property file.

Then I think everytime I open the vs2015, the configuration task is done. My configuration is different in debug mode and release mode. But I find the Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user in release mode also will change once the Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user in debug mode has changed. I have record a gif for specify my case here. Is it normal in vs2015?
