Hello,

I had a promotional code to promote my app. I created a campaign and used my promotional code (which will expired by the end of the month for 200USD). Then I realize that I did it for the wrong app. I can't use the code anymore. If I try to pause the current campaing I get the following message "The current operation could not be completed. Please try again.". There are so few options and tools for this.

Is there something I can do or i just lost my promotional code?

Hey CCamilo,

Promotional codes can only be used once, and once applied to a campaign they cannot be reused anywhere else. The expiry date is only for applying the coupon. The campaign will run till its scheduled end date. Apologies for the inconvenience caused!
