Is it possible to create a xaml interface to allow the user to change a colour in a resource dictionary in real time and see the change instantly?  My goal here is to allow the user to change the background colour of the application, which is stored as a brush in a resource dictionary at design time.

Using the UI we can change the Brush Resource Color which will reflect on the other controls used on the form/application level.
