I'm wondering how many people do this, how, and why. I have a system that is very big and constantly growing. The company is has grown rapidly, but we are not ready to port the Access program to another language for another 9 months. I make constant updates to the project multiple times a day. I have pretty good automated deployment that makes this possible. The backend is on Azure, there are over 50 users in 2 offices, there are a couple hundred forms, dozens of classes/modules.

Its a full time job keeping up with this project, and if I am able to acquire help of another dev, we must be able to work on different branches of the project at the same time. But because MS Access doesn't even offer the ability to sort your class modules into folders in the IDE, I doubt its going to be easy. Its pretty difficult to break this application into the pieces needed for to branch, so we would have to log every single module/form that was changed, and then try and graft our changes together.

I can think of many many more issues, so just wondering who else in the community might have met a similar challenge within Access and how it went.
