"Internet cannot display the page" message after express is installed for days. I had the same problem and kept clicking on the server icon, but the same error kept showing. The fix is"
1. Go to My Computer and search on C drive for "Start".
2. When you find a shortcut named "Start Database"
drag that to your desk top and click on it.
3. You will see the database start up in 2-4 min.
4. Now you must click on the server icon as before and there will be no error.
NOTE I HAVE SEEN MANY FIXES FOR THIS PROBLEM THAT I Tried and they did not work.
