Hi,

I use SharePoint Online 2013. I have a survey and when I try to export  the results  to excel i receive this message:

I am italian.

How i can solve that to export results to Excel?

Hi Ugo,

Please ensure you are using 32-bit versions of Internet Explorer.

If you are using windows with 64 bit, then you will get both 32 bit and 64 bit version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe to use Internet Explorer 32 bit.

Meanwhile, make sure the Web Client service is started.

Enable Compatibility View in Internet Explorer, check if it works.

Check if there is only one version of Office in the computer. Make sure you have not installed multiple versions of Office in the same computer.
