Entity Framework is always released together .Net Framework. This is a problem, if you need features of EF 4.0, but using .NET 3.5 SP1.

Code First& DbContext API表面将作为第一个RTM的独立DLL发布（与CTP相同）。

Code First & the DbContext API surface will ship as a standalone DLL for the first RTM (same as it has for the CTPs).
