Hi all.

I'm new to EW2, and creating a non-published web to help test/learn how this stuff works.

I have a WMV file I created via another product.  I've been able to use EW2 to insert this into a blank webpage w/o problem - if the file name has no white space (space characters).  Examples:

But if the file does have white space, the end result is the Windows Media player, but the actual WMV won't play.

Works fine:     TEST1.WMV
Doesn't work: ALASKA WHALES.WMV
(Both are the same file, so it's not a content issue).

The HTML code for the file is encased with double quotes, as generated by EW2.  Shouldn't that be sufficient to make this work correctly, like it would in "normal" code in an application?  It's been a while since I looked at stuff like this, but most everything else (I remember) in HTML with white space in the file/path works OK as long as there are appropriate quotes...

I would highly recommend not using spaces in names of any files in a website.  It will cause nothing but issues.

If you must replace the space with the encoded version of %20
