I have 4 Append Changes to Existing Text fields on my SharePoint list. I wrote a workflow that will take updates to those fields and copy them to hidden versions of those fields.

It worked great, for the first few times and then suddenly it gets stuck "In Progress" and the first field will no longer update. When I check the workflow history I get this:

Please go to Central Administration->Monitoring->Review job definitions, find "Workflow" timer job and set it to run per 5 minutes, like the below:

Then click "Run Now".
