Hi there, I have a complex path, which I need to rotate by a certain degree - how do I do it in Blend without using RotateTransform? Essentially I need Path's Data to be changed.

Could you further elaborate on what kind of complex animation or pattern you would like to create? Because if you want to rotate an element for an animation you should most definitely use the rotate transform. If you are creating a complex graphical asset, it would be best if you create it using Expression Design instead.

If you want to rotate any element by a specific degree, you could either

1. select it and rotate it will holding down SHIFT, which will rotate the element 45 degrees at a time
2. (Recommended) select the object, go to the "Properties pane" and navigate to the "Transform" pane and select the "Rotate" tab and then enter the angle (in degrees) you want the object to be rotated.
